TEHRAN, (SCIB) -The minister of Islamic Culture and Guidance appointed Dr. Mohsen Parviz, the Cultural affairs deputy of this ministry, as the head of the 20th International Book fair in Tehran. Mohammad Saffar Harandi has expressed hope in his decree that this cultural event will happen in the most proper manner under the careful supervision of Dr. Parviz .
